We are looking for a bilingual patient services coordinator to join our front desk team at the Shepherd Mall location. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent (Spanish and English) communication skills, and a critical thinker that enjoys finding ways to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a bilingual patient services coordinator to join our front desk team at the Shepherd Mall location. The ideal candidate is a friendly, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent (Spanish and English) communication skills, and a critical thinker that enjoys finding ways to maximize efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet our incoming patients, families, and guests
- Provide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluations
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Guide parents through intake/initial visit paperwork process
- Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt manner
- Assist in scheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc).
- Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness of clinic/waiting area
- Ensure the timely completion of patient intakes and evaluation scheduling
- Fluency in Spanish and English (experience with medical Spanish preferred but not required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers.
- Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills.
- Extensive computer experience and quickly acquire an understanding of changes in processes.
- Must be available to work five days per week M-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00PM
- PTO, sick, and holiday pay available after 90 days of employment
