Your Role
- Provide individual and/or couples therapy to clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation within 48 hours.
- Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy (CBT, ACT, MBSR, trauma-informed care, etc.).
- Collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in NH and/or MA (LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LCSW).
- Pre-licensed clinicians welcome — structured, supportive supervision provided.
- Commitment to social justice, cultural humility, and inclusive care.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
