About TIP
Therapists in Practice (TIP) is a clinician-led private practice and emerging professional development platform. We support independently licensed therapists who want a streamlined practice experience while being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
TIP is also developing a strong focus on clinician education, training, and professional development opportunities (including CEU programming and consultation offerings).
What This Role Is
This is a fully independent clinical role designed for therapists who want autonomy in their practice without the administrative burden of running a solo business.
You maintain full clinical control of your caseload while TIP provides operational infrastructure and optional professional development opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual (and optional in-person) therapy services
- Manage your own schedule and caseload
- Complete clinical documentation independently
- Deliver ethical, high-quality client care
What TIP Provides
- Intake coordination and referral support
- Billing, credentialing, and insurance processing (if applicable)
- EHR and practice management systems
- Administrative infrastructure (so you focus on clinical work, not operations)
- Optional professional development programming and consultation opportunities
