Staffing Coordinator/Case Manager

Therapists 2 Go Early Intervention Program providing service coordination, evaluations and services to children with developmental delays/disabilities in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Nassau & Suffolk counties.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Staffing Coordinator/Case Manager

The Staffing Coordinator coordinates with office staff, therapists, families, and outside Agencies in order to staff and re-staff children's cases for services. The staffing coordinator must consider factors such as therapist/family schedules, therapist availability, language preferences, and providers' zip codes where they are available to accept and provide services.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong interpersonal skills, and should be able to handle complex situations. Familiarity with basic technology and databases is required (you will be trained to use our databases). Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary in order to succeed in this role.

Duties include:

-Regular communication with service providers, families, and outside Agencies

-Staffing/Reassigning children's services

-Data Entry

-Requesting documentation and following up on same

-Submitting data change requests

-Submitting forms

-Calendar Scheduling

-General Administrative tasks

Experience Requirements

• Background in healthcare recruiting preferred
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proven experience as a team player
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
• Proficient with Computers, Apps and Social Media

Associate Degree required. Prior staffing experience is preferred, but not required.

Therapists 2 Go’s Early Intervention program offers a full array of evaluations and services implemented to maximize the full potential of each child. Parents and family members are encouraged to participate in partnership with the team of interventionists to enhance their child’s development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
