What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Therapeutix Mind & Body Inc?
JOB SUMMARY: The Receptionist/Spa Coordinator for Therapeutix Mind & Body must pay attention to every detail to create an environment that is warm and welcoming for our clients. The leader of the day to day operation, who works with the employees to see that schedules are maintained and fulfilled, appointments are scheduled, calls returned and clients billed accurately. They manage retail, charging clients for purchases, replenishing inventory and inventory control. Cleanliness and organization is a crucial part of proper Spa management. They will be responsible to communicate all matters of concern to the Spa Owner.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma or equivalent required. Prior Spa/Resort experience preferred. Knowledgeable and experienced in the Spa atmosphere preferred. Working knowledge of Spa services and amenities helpful. A working knowledge of retail management and point of sale/scheduling terminal systems necessary. Microsoft Office proficient required. Proficient in online marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Able to lift up to 25 lbs floor to waist and overhead without assistance. 2. Able to stand, walk and work long hours between rest periods. 3. Must speak, read and write English in a clear and concise manner.
We are currently hiring for part-time afternoon and weekend positions. This position would be located at both the Ogden and Clinton locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
