Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and clinician-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing outpatient practice. In this role, you will have the autonomy to evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on the pediatric population. We also offer exciting opportunities to expand your clinical reach into adult populations, specializing in speech, language, social communication, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric patients to identify communication challenges.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based therapy techniques.
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions that promote effective communication, social interaction, and swallowing safety.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support across environments.
- Monitor progress regularly through patient assessments and adjust therapy strategies accordingly to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices, early intervention strategies, and relevant medical terminology to provide the highest quality care.
