Direct Support Weekend Warrior at Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services

Therapeutic Relations Healthcare Services is located in the city of Parma, OH. We are looking for Direct Care Aides to join our strong team of professionals.

Ideal candidates are Self-Starters, Punctual, Teachable, Reliable, and show a good Work Ethic.

Position Needed:

Part time or Full time every or every other Friday-Sunday

Eligible for employee incentives

Pay differentials

Responsibilities

Provide Assistance to clients in day-to-day activities

Ensure clients receive their proper medication and dosage

Going out into the community, shopping trips, dining out and may include transporting to doctor appointments

Providing personal care

Communicate with leadership and medical professionals about clients health or issues

Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs

Completing electronic documentation accurately and in timely manner

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
• Experience working as a direct care aide or similar field but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to client needs
• High attention to detail and care
• Certifications that may apply- CPR first aid, medication administration (paid trainings)
