We’re Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Livonia, MI | Full-Time (Mon–Fri, 8:30–4:30)
Therapeutic Rehabilitation Center is growing—and we’re looking for an OT or COTA who brings skill, empathy, and drive to work with adults recovering from traumatic brain injury.
This isn’t a typical clinic role. You’ll blend rehabilitation real-world vocational training, helping clients build meaningful, functional lives through hands-on work and personalized therapy.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver individualized OT services tied to real-life and vocational goals
• Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team (OT, COTA, SLP, vocational staff)
• Support clients through creative, task-based programming (design, clerical, production work)
• Adapt, problem-solve, and motivate—every single day
What We’re Looking For:
• OT (licensed) or COTA (licensed) in Michigan
• Strong communication, organization, and team mindset
• Comfort (or willingness to learn) tools like Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe, etc.
• Passion for working with the TBI population
