## Schedule:
Training
Orientation is scheduled the Friday prior typically before 2:00 pm
Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 4:30, Saturday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
## Regular Schedule:
Monthly Compensation $1700-$3500 is performance based and the low end is 70% booked with an estimated $10.00 gratuity. Minimum pay per hour and commission breakdown is listed below.
Our licensed massage therapists directly report to our Lead Therapist and work closely with our Chiropractic physician and patient care team. We truly work as a team!

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12 pm - 7:30 pm
- Alternating Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

- $7.25/ hour base pay
- $15 per 1-hour massage commission

- Performance bonuses for float packages, retail product sales, and overall contribution to company revenue.

Our licensed massage therapists directly report to our Lead Therapist and work closely with our Chiropractic physician and patient care team. We truly work as a team!
- Perform therapeutic massage sessions with excellent client service.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to providing an amazing client experience.
- Recommend services and self-care tools/ products for optimal client outcomes.
- Perform a variety of client administrative tasks related to services provided.
- 1 years experience with any retail, restaurant, or service industry positions
- 1 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
- Basic understanding of Google Apps and various cloud-based programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional writing skills and legible handwriting
- Ability to navigate a SOAP Note/ Patient treatment notes
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead
- Willingness to fill in where needed
- Client outcome-driven; ability to help clients achieve therapeutic results
- Ability to balance ethical policies and good customer service
