Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork on quaint Main Street in Pleasant Grove is looking for our next remarkable team member for our massage therapy department who enjoys spending their days providing custom-tailored therapeutic massage treatments for our amazing clients and collaborating with our onsite doctor and patient care team for a seamless client experience.

Our licensed massage therapists play a direct role in helping every client have consistent experiences and the most incredible, life-changing, healing outcomes!

## **Training:**

Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 4:30, Saturday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

Orientation is scheduled the Friday prior typically before 2:00 pm

## Regular Schedule:

Tuesday 9:00 am 4:30 pm

Wednesday 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursday 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Friday 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Saturday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

## Compensation:

Monthly Compensation $3200-$5200 is performance based and the low end is 70% booked with an estimated $10.00 gratuity. Minimum pay per hour and commission breakdown is listed below.

• $7.25/ hour base pay
• $15 per 1-hour massage commission
• Gratuities
• Performance bonuses for float packages, retail product sales, and overall contribution to company revenue.

## Roles & Responsibilities:

Our licensed massage therapists directly report to our Lead Therapist and work closely with our Chiropractic physician and patient care team. We truly work as a team!

• Perform therapeutic massage sessions with excellent client service.
• Perform a variety of tasks related to providing an amazing client experience.
• Recommend services and self-care tools/ products for optimal client outcomes.
• Perform a variety of client administrative tasks related to services provided.
  
  

## ** **Skills & Requirements:

• 1 years experience with any retail, restaurant, or service industry positions
• 1 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist
• Basic understanding of Google Apps and various cloud-based programs
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Professional writing skills and legible handwriting
• Ability to navigate a SOAP Note/ Patient treatment notes
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead
• Willingness to fill in where needed
• Client outcome-driven; ability to help clients achieve therapeutic results
• Ability to balance ethical policies and good customer service
