Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of spa areas, including floors, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemical agents.
- Handle chemical agents safely by adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain sanitation standards through vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in accordance with hotel housekeeping management procedures.
- Operate cleaning equipment efficiently while ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards and hotel emergency procedures are followed during any incident.
- Support hotel housekeeping management by assisting with janitorial tasks that uphold the overall appearance and hygiene of the spa facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by understanding sanitation protocols and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning.
Requirements
- Atleast High School Graduate
- Willing to be trained
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, vacuuming, and prolonged standing or walking.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a hospitality setting.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
