What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech and Language Pathologist position at Therapeutic Designs and Services?

Therapeutic Designs and Services (TDS) is a private, occupational therapist-owned practice in Hartsville, SC. We are currently seeking a full-time speech-language pathologist to work with a variety of children with communication disorders with ages infancy through adolesence. This private practice specializes in treating children with a variety of disorders using multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach. This clinic is known as a reputable clinic and many families drive from various cities in the Carolinas. We are looking for the right professional to join our progressive, innovative, fast-paced work environment to meet the needs of our children and families. Prefer a therapist interested in mentoring other therapists.

Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology

ASHA CCCs

Current licensure to practice in SC obtained prior to start date

Requested minimum of 2 years' experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing, and Low Incidence Populations, Apraxia, Language Disorders, Feeding Disorders

Evaluation and Treatment of a variety of children with communication disorders and levels or need

Caseload of 8-12 children per day

Interdisciplinary collaboration, including co-treatment with other disciplines, contact with social workers, teachers, and school therapists

Education of parents and caregivers for carryover of skills.

This position is a leadership position with advanced clinical skills preferrably specializing in pragmatic language. Salary will be discussed based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
