Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to crisis calls and provide in-person intervention and stabilization
- Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans
- Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies
- Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with state and agency standards
We're looking for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running:
Monday thru Friday Shifts
Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am
Weekend Shifts
Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Must have MCR Training Certificate
