Role Description
This is a part-time or full time, on-site role located in Mountain View, CA.
At THERAPEEPS we don’t do cookie-cutter therapy.
We don’t rush through sessions just to check a box.
We don’t burn out our team with unrealistic expectations.
What we do is integrate evidence-based developmental therapies to ACTUALLY collaborate and provide QUALITY relationship based therapy in homes, nature and community settings such as preschools, daycares and private schools.
We believe therapy should be as active, engaging, and meaningful for the therapist as it is for the kids. That’s why we’ve created a place where experienced Occupational therapists can:
*Take the time to do things well
*Get to know kids and families and attune to what kids really need.
*Collaborate with other therapists and community partners to create meaningful programs for kids that work!
*Be surrounded by passionate clinicians who actually love what they do
*Build opportunities for kids to play together in natural regulated, engaging environments
*Have space and time to mentor, learn, and try new things with each other.
**Our most successful clinicians are patient, agreeable, flexible, and empathetic to kids’ needs and love working with parents and kids.
**They love understanding the individual profiles of both parents and kids.
