Role Description
This is a part time on-site position for a Physical Therapist Assistant-PRN at our Michigan location. The primary responsibilities include assisting licensed physical therapists with implementing treatment plans, providing quality patient care, monitoring patients' progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires working collaboratively with the rehabilitation team and ensuring adherence to therapy protocols to achieve positive outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques and Rehabilitation methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in delivering Quality Patient Care with a focus on recovery and mobility improvement
- Understanding and experience with Orthopedics and associated therapeutic treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required
- Possession of a valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a high standard of professionalism
- Previous experience in patient rehabilitation settings is preferred but not mandatory
