Requirements:
2 year of recent experience
Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Work 4x10's, alternating weekdays.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
TheraEx Therapy Job ID #26-20715. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
