RN – Labor & Delivery / Mother Baby (Family Birthing Center / LDRP) | 12H Days (EOW, First to Float) | 36hrs GTD | 2 yrs L&D exp required (must “catch baby”, NRP at delivery, OR circulate; LDRP preferred) | BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP & AWHONN AFM required | EMR: Cerner | Ratios 1:1 delivery, 1:2 labor, 1:4 couplets | Must titrate drips (Pitocin, occasional insulin) | Floating to other Sacramento facilities | 2 weekend shifts/4 weeks holiday rotation | On-call/standby (30 min response) | No CNAs (OB tech support) | No recent CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity employment (12 months)
