Job Details:
- Pay: $52.00/HR (Weekly Total $1,872.00/week )
Taxable: $17/hr
Non taxable Stipend : $35/hr
- 13 week contract starting ASAP
- LPN Med Surg
- Location- Klamath Falls, OR, 97601
- 36 hour guarantee per week / 3x 12. nights- eow required
Requirements:
- Active Oregon LPN license required.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent LVN/LPN Med Surg experience .
- Required Certifications: BLS, (via the American Heart Association only).
- Driving License required.
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
- Radius Rule: To be considered a traveller, the clinician's address listed on their driver's license must be at least 50 miles away from the facility's location ( Klamath Falls, OR, 97601). Local clinicians are not accepted by the facility. Do you meet this requirement?
