Join Essentia Health – St. Mary’s Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center offering a dynamic, high-acuity anesthesia practice with a diverse case mix and flexible scheduling.
 

• Role: CRNA (Locum Tenens)
• Start: June 2026 | Ongoing Need
• Schedule: 8, 10, 12 hr (Mon–Fri) | 12–16 hr (Weekends)
• ✔️ No Call | Consistent Hours
• EMR: Epic

• Work in a 344-bed, high-acuity trauma center
• Medically directed model with supportive anesthesiologists
• Exposure to complex & diverse surgical cases
• Multiple practice settings = variety in workflow

🔥 Cardiac | Neuro & Spine | Complex Vascular | Thoracic
👶 OB | Pediatrics | Regional | Orthopedics

 

• Provide 1:1 anesthesia care across OR, Cath Lab, GI, EP, MRI & CT
• Manage all age groups in a high-acuity setting
• Handle 1–2 long or 3–4 short cases/day

• St. Mary’s Medical Center (Level I Trauma)
• Essentia Surgery Center – Miller Hill
• St. Mary’s Hospital (Superior, WI)
• Essentia Health Duluth
• Outpatient Endoscopy Center

• Graduate of accredited anesthesia program (MSN/DNP)
• Active CRNA license (any state)
• NBCRNA certified / board-eligible
• BLS & ACLS required
• Comfortable with complex, high-acuity cases
