Full Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Description
Hands-On Care. Creative Solutions. Real Results.
Our outpatient OTs treat a fascinating mix of conditions — from hand and upper extremity injuries to neurological rehabilitation, pediatric developmental delays, and return-to-work programs. TheraDynamics outpatient clinics are equipped with modern tools and staffed by therapists who collaborate, share knowledge, and push each other to deliver the best possible outcomes. If you are an OT who thrives on variety and wants to practice at the top of your license, this is your clinic.
What You Will Do
You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training. Your clinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivity expectations will be realistic.
