- Provide OT interventions aligned with IEPs/504 Plans
- Support fine motor, self-care, and sensory processing skills
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Document progress toward functional goals
- Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program
- Active Ohio OTA license NBCOT certification
- ODE certification (or willingness to obtain) and background checks
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred; though we are happy to consider motivated, compassionate COTA's (including new grads) eager to learn!
