Position Overview
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2–21) in their homes and community environments. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2–21 in home and community settings.
- Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.
- Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance.
- Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.
- Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.
Physical Requirements:
- Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
