Who we are looking for:
Therabody is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Technology team. As a member of this team, you will oversee the development pipeline and the successful planning, monitoring, and launch of key technology projects. Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining specific goals for each product, building roadmaps to scale, and then rolling up your sleeves and executing in a constantly evolving, fast paced environment. The candidate must be an independent, creative problem-solver with a proven ability to navigate tough deadlines and be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously. We ask that you have excellent collaboration and partnership skills within the organization and with external partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Managers to assess and establish the latest technology roadmaps and key deliverables
- Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and retrospectives)
- Prioritize, scope and deliver projects in partnership with internal teams and external partners
- Manage and update internal stakeholders to ensure all teams involved are updated and well-informed of the status of ongoing projects
- Serve as Scrum Master for production teams
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and roll-out, especially in relation to new processes
- Lead the use of new methodologies and tools across production
Key Qualifications
- 5 years of project management experience using agile methodology
- 3 years managing and launching digital products
- Deep knowledge of the digital development pipeline from concept through launch
- Collaborator who can adapt and strengthen different working styles
- Excellent workflow and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience using project management tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
- Aptitude for being organized with flexibility and for delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
