Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all food items are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests from guests.
- Help maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Support catering events by assisting with food setup and breakdown as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
