Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Menu Specialist to oversee product menus across multiple state markets. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency of all product listings within Dutchie POS, Ecommerce, and Backoffice systems. From product data and promotions to menu banners and discounts, the Marketing Menu Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting retail, marketing, and inventory teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product databases across multiple state markets, including product names, descriptions, pricing, images, and compliance details.
- Update and manage menu banners, promotions, and featured items to reflect current campaigns and inventory.
- Upload and organize promotional assets (graphics, copy, metadata) to align with marketing initiatives.
- Monitor menus daily to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across platforms (websites, POS, third-party listings).
- Create and manage discounts in Dutchie CRM/Backoffice, including troubleshooting issues with deals, discount rules, and stacking conflicts.
- Troubleshoot menu discrepancies, including pricing errors, inventory mismatches, and missing assets.
- Collaborate with inventory, retail, and marketing teams to coordinate timely updates based on manifests and product drops.
- Develop and document standardized menu management processes to streamline updates across all locations.
- Train retail teams on menu maintenance best practices, including compliance requirements, product categorization, and promotional setup.
- Provide ongoing support to retail teams, answering menu-related questions and resolving technical or process issues.
- Audit menus regularly to ensure promotions, deals, and product availability are correctly reflected.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader marketing and retail operations team.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, marketing operations, or cannabis industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Dutchie POS, Ecommerce, and Backoffice platforms (or similar cannabis menu/retail systems).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in pricing, product data, and inventory.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for cannabis product listings across multiple states.
- Proficiency in managing digital assets (images, copy, metadata) and updating product databases.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple menus across different markets.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving menu, discount, or system-related issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide training/support to retail staff on menu processes.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and inventory teams.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar productivity tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
