Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and in-person.
- Handle transactions and maintain accurate handling procedures.
- Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
- Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that all stock is replenished as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stylists regarding client needs and preferences.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock levels.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
