JOB DESCRIPTION : Theoris is looking for a PowerApps Developer who has experience with Digital Contact Center Platform (DCCP) using Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The daily activities include development, collaboration, troubleshooting, data management, prototyping, testing, and continuous learning. The role requires a mix of technical skills, autonomy, and team collaboration. This is a hybrid role for someone to work onsite in Indianapolis on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the rest remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understand user stories or requirements for DCCP.
- Review new requests for Power Platform solutions or Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Build or enhance Canvas Apps or Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate, integrating with Dataverse and external systems.
- Customize Dynamics 365 modules using C#, JavaScript, and Azure-based extensions.
- Collaborate on solution architecture or integration challenges.
- Manage data models, relationships, and integrations within Dataverse.
- Ensure data governance and compliance.
- Develop prototypes for new features.
- Perform various testing phases.
- Demo new features, gather feedback, and discuss improvements.
- Align DCCP with business needs of other departments.
- Research updates in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure.
- Experiment with new tools or approaches.
- Document workflows, technical solutions, and changes.
