What You'll Do
- Provide
high-quality, patient-centered care
to residents in skilled nursing facilities - Conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications/treatment plans, and address acute/emergent issues
- Maintain
timely and accurate documentation
in ChartEasy - Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging as needed
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
