Job Description
As our Medical Director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality, patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs
- Diagnosing and treating patients with acute illness, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
- Collaborating with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care at each facility
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in internal medicine or family medicine
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
