The Repack & Production Associate is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and repacking fresh produce, as well as placing designated items into curated boxes for e-commerce orders. This dual role helps ensure customers receive quality products that are accurately packed and well presented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, sort, and repack fresh produce according to quality standards
- Discard defective or spoiled items in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Label and package products accurately and efficiently
- Place designated items into curated e-commerce boxes according to packing instructions
- Check that each box contains the correct items and quantities, with products placed carefully to prevent damage
- Report product quality concerns, shortages, or packing issues to the team lead
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
- Work with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily repack and production goals
- Assist with repack, production line, and other general warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in produce handling, food processing, or warehouse work is a plus
- Ability to work in a cold environment (temperature-controlled warehouse)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Basic English communication skills required (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to use warehouse equipment
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
