Time and Attendance
- Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
- Arrive on-time and prepared for your shifts as per the Theo’s Employee Manual.
Teamwork and Communication
- Display effective communication techniques with both teammates and Chefs before, during entire shift.
- Exhibit proper communication and self-awareness under pressure.
Kitchen Maintenance
- Demonstrate knowledge of ServSafe standards. Knowledge and use of FIFO
- (First in, First Out). Label and dating everything.
- Responsible for the routine and daily cleanliness during, and after service.
- Equipment, fixtures, surfaces, cutting boards and appliances used for prep must be maintained and handled with care.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
