Role: Java Lead with Gen AI
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Duration: W2 Contract (Independent candidate on W2)
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong full-stack experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, React/Angular/TypeScript, and Python Experience with distributed systems, APs, event-driven architecture, and microservices Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Experience with cloud platforms such as OCP (OpenShift) or GCP
GenAl / LLM Expertise (Must-Have):
- Hands-on experience with Devin, Claude (Anthropic), and developer Al tools like Cursor or Copilot Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agent-based workflows
- Experience with multi-agent architectures
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations
- Knowledge of agentic services and autonomous Al workflows including orchestration, tool chaining, and decision-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy GenAl-powered solutions using Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor Integrate GenAl tools into enterprise SDLC workflows (CI/CD and internal platforms)
- Partner with Wells Fargo LOB teams to accelerate product delivery and lifecycle improvements
- Lead tool onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives Drive adoption and establish best practices for GenAl usage Monitor and optimize tool performance, efficiency, and usage
- Implement prompt engineering and workflow integration best practices Provide hands-on troubleshooting, performance tuning, and scaling support
