Description:
The Specialist, Channel Operations is responsible for driving operational functions critical to the ongoing management of distribution channel processes in conjunction with Manager, Channel Operations. It would be expected that this role would serve to enable core business processes related to 3rd party distribution systems as well as support ongoing data transmission and validation of information included on those external platforms. This role will work in partnership across all areas under the remit of the VP, Analytics and Strategic Initiatives and our Sales leadership teams as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List 4-6 of the main responsibilities of the role in order of importance.
- Serve as day-to-day support for the channel partnership function, including driving data alignment / reconciliations with external distribution partners and internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvement efforts, including on-going transformation in metadata and information sharing processes with distributors.
- Support multiple operational initiatives, including both as a external representative of MHE operations as well as partner with stakeholders internally as a SME for distribution processes
- Partners with Sales and GTM teams on channel operation processes and support dispute escalation as directed by the Sr Director
