About the Role
We are a rapidly growing home care agency looking for a Recruiter & HR Specialist to own and scale our caregiver recruiting and onboarding systems.
This is not a traditional HR role.
Your #1 responsibility is recruiting — building pipelines, improving show rates, leveraging automation, and ensuring we always have qualified caregivers ready to onboard. You’ll also support onboarding, compliance, and HR admin functions as part of a growing team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Primary Responsibilities (Recruiting Focus)
- Own caregiver recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
- Manage and improve recruiting funnels, workflows, and automations
- Reduce no-shows and time-to-hire through better systems
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified caregivers
- Track recruiting KPIs and report weekly results
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support caregiver onboarding and compliance documentation
- Assist with client onboarding admin tasks as needed
- Support VA-related administrative workflows (training provided)
- Collaborate with scheduling, operations, and leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Strong recruiting experience (healthcare, home care, staffing, or similar)
- Advanced tech skills and comfort with:
- Automation tools
- AI-assisted screening
- Scheduling platforms
- CRM or ATS systems
- Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Team player who can wear multiple hats when needed
- Desire to grow your career and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Home care or healthcare experience
- Experience improving recruiting systems (not just filling roles)
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm
- Salary: $50,000 – $70,000, based on experience
