wWe are seeking an experienced Healthcare AI/GenAI Client Partner to lead strategic client relationships, drive account growth, and shape AI-led transformation initiatives within healthcare organizations
.The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare industry expertise, consulting services experience, and a strong understanding of AI, analytics, and GenAI solutions. This role requires someone who can engage senior client stakeholders, identify business opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and collaborate with global consulting and delivery teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including Director and VP-level stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader for strategic accounts.
- Drive account expansion through AI, analytics, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Understand healthcare operating models, value chains, business processes, and performance drivers.
- Identify client challenges and translate them into consulting-led AI/GenAI opportunities.
- Track impact of delivered solutions and uncover opportunities for future growth.
AI / GenAI Opportunity Development
- Identify, shape, and develop AI/GenAI use cases aligned with healthcare business priorities.
- Create business value narratives around AI transformation opportunities.
- Develop solutions leveraging:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- Embeddings
- Fine-tuning
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI patterns
- Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for healthcare stakeholders.
Presales, Solutioning & Commercial Leadership
- Lead discovery sessions, solution discussions, and client presentations.
- Partner with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to create proposals and solution designs.
- Support AI/analytics consulting engagements from opportunity identification through execution.
- Develop commercial approaches including outcome-based models, managed services, and subscription-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to create scalable client solutions.
Global Delivery & India Team Collaboration
- Work closely with geographically distributed consulting, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Collaborate with India-based teams across:
- Consulting
- Analytics
- Engineering
- Solution delivery
- Support successful execution of:
- Proofs of Concept (POCs)
- Pilot programs
- Production deployments
- Ensure AI solutions achieve long-term adoption and business value.
Required Qualifications
- 10–18 years of experience in:
- Client Partner

- Strong experience in consulting services involving:
- Healthcare Analytics
- AI/ML
- Generative AI
- Data Platforms
- Cloud Transformation
- Deep understanding of healthcare/life sciences industry processes and business models.
- Proven track record of growing healthcare accounts through AI and analytics consulting engagements.
- Experience selling consulting-led AI/analytics solutions, not primarily software products, SaaS platforms, or technology licenses.
- Strong knowledge of GenAI concepts including:
- LLMs

- Familiarity with AI platforms and ecosystems:
