A Children's Grade School Gymnastics Instructor is an assistant or lead teacher for 6-12 year old gymnastics classes. This teacher will lead or assist the same 60 minute classes each week.

Afternoon & Evenings availability a must!! Weekends also strongly preferred.
What we expect from you…
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (We'll teach you how during our extensive training process.)
- Create a warm, positive, and fun environment for the children each class.
- Start over with a 'blank slate,' for the kids each week. Problem solve or ask for support when issues arise.
- This is fast pace environment. Be ready to roll, climb, jump, and swing. Children learn through watching you! You don't have to be a top tier gymnast but you do have to be comfortable moving through the gym.
- Comfortable lifting and spotting children up to 12 years old. (We will train you on proper technique!)
- Comfortable demonstrating basic gymnastics skills: handstand, cartwheel, mount and walk on a balance beam, front support and swings on uneven bars.
- Comfortable in a non-competitive and positive environment. Our goal is to help children gain self-confidence and self-esteem through gymnastics.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We believe in a top notch client experience and rely on our team to help curate that experience.
- Create a warm, fun and educational environment for the children and families.
- Clean and sanitize multiple times each day.
- Available in the evenings during the week and at least one weekend day.
You’d fit in here if…
- You love having fun, encouraging kids, and helping kids to grow gymnastics skills through specific positive feedback. (A background in child development, physical education, coaching and/or gymnastics helps as well)
- Making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
- You are friendly, kind, and work well in a team. You would rarely be in a class without another instructor, so teamwork is a must!
- You love to have fun, but you know working with children is serious and meaningful work.
- Moving is more your speed. This is not a desk job!
