Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various types of HVAC equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide efficient service solutions
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Work with other members of the team to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
