TheKey is seeking experienced caregivers to join our rapidly growing team in Irwindale, Claremont, Chino Hills, and surrounding communities. We have a high need for caregivers who speak Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Taiwanese.

About You:

Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional care to dedicated clients in their homes
- Helping execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Completing daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
- Supplying personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
- Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
- Maintaining order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times
- Providing transportation to and from appointments as needed
- Performing administrative functions, such as documenting task completion and reporting changes in clients' physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
Qualifications:
- HCA Registration with the State of California (We can help you obtain)
- Legal authorization to work in the US and be at least 18 years old
- Driver's License, Personal Vehicle, and Insurance
- 1 year of caregiving experience or more
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills and technical savviness
- Pass background check
