- FLEXIBILITY - As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your schedule, volume of work and which clients / cases you’ll accept

This is a 1099 position that offers flexibility and variety! Client needs vary, including 24/7 care, ADL assistance, medication administration, wound care, IV hydration/treatment, post-op monitoring, etc. All shifts and availability currently needed (AM, PM, Weekdays, Weekends, 12 hour, Intermittent Visits, etc.)
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client in their home
- Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted under a client's plan of care that can be safely provided in the home, within your scope of practice
- Counsel the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
- Meet all documentation requirements according to agency policy and proecedure
- Coordinate services by participating in case conferences, case management, team meetings, and staff meetings as indicated
- Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior
- Current Registeredl Nurse (RN) in the state of California (required)
- CPR/BLS Certification (required)
- Professional Liability Insurance
