Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator/Video Creator role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The person in this role will produce short-form and long-form video content that brings construction stories, projects, and industry insights to life across digital channels.
Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics, planning storylines, scripting, filming, and editing video content tailored for social media and other distribution platforms.
The role involves collaborating with editorial and marketing teams to align content with brand tone, optimize engagement, and experiment with new formats that make construction news both informative and entertaining.
The Content Creator/Video Creator will also help manage content calendars, monitor performance analytics, and adjust creative approaches based on audience feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and editing content for digital platforms.
- Experience creating engaging short-form and long-form content (e.g., social clips, reels, explainer videos, interviews).
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling stories for a broad audience.
