Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering quality installations and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and perform installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Lead and mentor installation crews
- Ensure work meets code, safety, and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior-level preferred)
- EPA Certification (required), Active Trainee Card (Required)
- NATE Certification (a plus) O6A (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, crawlspaces)
- Able to pass a drug test & background check
