- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to passengers
- Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in a friendly manner
- Assist passengers with any inquiries or special requests during the flight
- Manage in-flight emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
