OPEN POSITIONS
1. IPS Employment Specialist (2 FTE)
Key Focus:
- Provide individualized employment support under the IPS model
- Work closely with clients to achieve competitive employment goals
- Conduct job development and employer engagement
Requirements:
- Experience in behavioral health or vocational rehabilitation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Passion for recovery-oriented employment services
2. IPS Supervisor / Team Leader (1 FTE)
Key Focus:
- Provide leadership for IPS program implementation
- Oversee employment specialists and ensure fidelity to IPS model
- Maintain program quality and outcomes
Requirements:
- Prior leadership experience in IPS or behavioral health programs
- Strong supervisory and program management skills
- Knowledge of IPS fidelity standards preferred
3. Work Incentives Planner (Benefits Counselor) (1 FTE / Contract or Full-Time)
Key Focus:
Provide benefits counseling for individuals entering employment
Educate clients on Medicaid/SSI/SSDI work incentives
Support financial planning related to employment
Requirements:
- Experience with Medicaid-certified benefits planning preferred
- Strong analytical and counseling skills
- Contract experience preferred (FTE conversion possible in Year 2)
4. IPS Peer Specialist (1 FTE)
Key Focus:
- Provide peer support based on lived experience
- Support clients in competitive employment journey
- Serve as a role model for recovery and employment success
Requirements:
- Lived experience with mental health recovery
- Experience in competitive employment
- Strong communication and advocacy skills
5. 3rd IPS Employment Specialist (1 FTE)
Key Focus:
- Expand IPS services into new counties
- Support growing caseload demand
- Strengthen employer engagement efforts
Requirements:
- Experience in IPS or workforce development
- Ability to work in expanding program environments
- Strong outreach and job development skills
