Froedtert ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Ripon and Green Lake, WI locations. Practice Highlights:
- Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine w/OB and C-Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
- 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
- Join an established team of 4 physicians and 1 APC
- Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
- Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours: M-F 8:00a-5:00p
Call Rotation: Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers

Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
- Income Details: Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up; transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
