MD/DO - Family Medicine w/OB and C-Section - Berlin, WI

POSITION SUMMARY

Froedtert ThedaCare Health, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Berlin and Eastridge, WI locations. Practice Highlights:

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine w/OB and C-Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
• Join an established team of 4 physicians and 6 APCs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours:

• Berlin M 8:00-5:00, T, W, Th 7:00-7:00, F 8:00-5:00
• Eastridge: M-F 8:00-5:00

Call Rotation: Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. ThedaCare On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Income Details: Two-year salary guarantee providing financial stability during practice start-up and transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three, rewarding productivity and growth
