- Advanced enterprise-level production experience in hybrid and multi-org environments
- Unix Shell Scripting or PowerShell Scripting

- 10 years of hands-on experience
- Must have experience administering multi-forest hybrid AD environments
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and on-premises systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex hybrid environments spanning on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft services.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Active Directory across multi-forest, multi-domain, and hybrid configurations.
- Implement and support Exchange Online (Microsoft 365) mailboxes, transport rules, compliance features, and coexistence scenarios.
- Develop, maintain, and automate infrastructure using PowerShell and/or Unix shell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical Microsoft systems.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance, implement security best practices, and respond to incidents.
- Provide tier-3 support and mentor junior system administrators; participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and recommend upgrades, migrations, or optimizations.
