Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer - (Aerospace Manufacturing)
New Britain, CT
MUST HAVE predominantly Aerospace Manufacturing experience (No other industry will work)
Must have a stable work history
Must have extensive experience with Aerospace manufacturing process development and process improvement.
Must have experience working with large flight-critical parts and components.
Key Responsibilities
Create & maintain Process Routers and BOMs in ERP
CNC Programming (MasterCam / SolidWorks) for 3, 4 & 5-Axis machining
Develop process models, drawings, and manage tolerances per blueprint
Design tooling, fixtures, and workholding
Create work instructions for special processes & outside services
Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and shop floor troubleshooting
Lead NPI part in-load and cross-functional coordination
Support cost reduction, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Must-Have Requirements
Predominant experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
Strong background in manufacturing process development & improvement
Experience with large flight-critical aerospace components
