- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, or related field
- 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C environments
- Successful launch, commercialization, and scale of service-oriented consumer product(s)
- Expertise in service design and user experience
- Highly adept at understanding customer behavior and motivations and applying these insights to product design
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfort with uncertainty and rapid iteration
- Creative, results-oriented self-starter who can quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Strong collaborator who enjoys working cross-functionally with product teams
- Experience working with both digital and analog workflows
- Ability to provide one’s own transportation to/from on-site meetings
- Desired Qualifications***
- Automotive industry experience
- Master’s degree in business administration
- Experience in regulated environments
