- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of software development or technical implementation experience
- Experience building systems that use AI, including agents or similar AI-powered tools
- Experience rapidly prototyping and building with modern
- tools (low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, automation tools)
- Understanding of web technologies and how systems connect
- Comfort with uncertainty, ambiguity, and rapid iteration
- Scrappy, pragmatic problem-solver who finds creative ways to deliver quickly
- Strong collaborator who can work with startup teams, enterprise IT organizations, and external vendors
- Deep experience building with Large Language Models, agentic AI, or advanced AI/ML systems
- Background working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot)
- Experience bridging pilot programs and enterprise systems
- Product management experience (e.g. talking with customer, writing user stories)
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, processes, and requirements
- Experience managing or collaborating with external development vendors
