About Us

We are developing TheccaSeal, a next-generation post–blood draw bandage designed to improve comfort, pressure control, and skin safety — especially for pediatrics, seniors, and patients on blood thinners. We’re a lean, early-stage med-tech team looking for real clinical insight from professionals who understand everyday patient workflows.

About the Role

This is not a research-heavy or academic role.

It’s perfect for thoughtful, patient-centered clinicians.

No advanced degrees required — your hands-on experience is what matters.
